This Privacy Policy explains how XO Rig Computers Pvt. Ltd. (“XO Rig”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use xorig.gg or interact with us through sales/support channels.

C. Account/OAuth information

Where you use sign-in options (OAuth), we may receive permitted account identifiers and basic profile details as allowed by you and the provider.

Important: We do not store your full card details, UPI credentials, or net-banking credentials. Payments are processed by our payment gateway provider.

2) Payment processing

Payments are processed through Cashfree Payments and/or associated banking networks. Payment data is handled by the payment provider under their policies. XO Rig receives confirmation/settlement details necessary to complete the order and maintain accounting records.

3) How we use your data

We use personal data for:

  • Order processing, fulfilment, dispatch, delivery coordination
  • Customer support, troubleshooting, and service communications
  • Sending transactional updates (order confirmation/dispatch/status)
  • Marketing communications (where permitted), including product updates and offers

4) Marketing communications

We may send marketing messages on an implied basis after purchase, and where applicable, based on your opt-in during sign-up/checkout. You can opt out anytime using the unsubscribe mechanism generally included in such messages.
