Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to purchases from XO Rig Computers Pvt. Ltd. (“XO Rig”, “we”, “us”) made via xorig.gg or via our official sales channels, unless a separate written agreement applies.

1) Key definitions

  • Order Confirmation: When full payment is received and reflected in XO Rig’s account. For EMI, this is after bank/gateway settlement (T+1 to T+3 business days or as applicable).
  • Custom PC Build: A PC assembled/configured based on customer-selected specifications.

2) Cancellation window

A. Cancellations within 8 hours of placing the order

You may request cancellation within 8 hours of placing the order. Approval and refund eligibility may depend on whether procurement has begun and/or whether any irreversible costs have been incurred.

B. Cancellations after 8 hours / after procurement begins

After the first 8 hours, cancellations may be accepted at XO Rig’s discretion, but refunds (if any) will exclude non-refundable costs and non-resalable items as described below.

3) Non-refundable amounts (where applicable)

If cancellation is requested after 8 hours and/or after procurement has begun, the following are not refundable (to the extent already incurred/charged/settled):

  • Shipping charges
  • Insurance charges
  • Build, assembly, testing, and handling charges (where applicable)
  • Payment gateway/bank charges and EMI-related fees
  • Costs of parts/components that have been opened, installed, used in a build, or are otherwise non-resalable

4) Opened/installed/non-resalable parts on cancellation

If any parts/components have already been opened or used in a build and are deemed non-resalable:

  • Their cost will not be refunded; and
  • You may request delivery of such parts at your own shipping arrangement/cost.

If you do not claim such parts within 30 days from the date we notify you of readiness/availability for handover, such items may be treated as abandoned property and may be disposed of at XO Rig’s discretion in a lawful manner.

5) Refund method and timelines

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
  • Where approved, refunds are typically processed within 14 days from the date the refund is approved and all required conditions are met.
  • Actual credit timelines depend on banks/payment networks.

6) No returns/refunds after delivery for Custom PC Builds

Once a Custom PC Build is delivered, no return, replacement, or refund is provided by XO Rig. Any post-delivery hardware defect, failure, or warranty claim is subject to the respective manufacturer’s warranty/RMA policies.

7) Limited exception: sealed, standalone items

For standalone components/peripherals/accessories that remain unopened and sealed, a refund may be considered subject to:

  • You notifying us promptly after delivery and before opening the product;
  • You arranging return shipping at your cost; and
  • Our inspection confirming the product is sealed, authentic, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

8) DOA / transit-related issues (reported within 24 hours)

Claims of damage during shipping and/or DOA must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, and are subject to strict evidence requirements described in the Shipping and Exchange Policy.
